SURCHAGE SALES INCENTIVE

Surcharge Sales Incentive Bonus
(1.1) A monthly bonus will be paid to qualified Associates based on sales collected from Surcharge Sales.
1.2) Surcharge Sales are defined as the "Total Surcharge Sales" line on Company's Profit and Loss statement MTD.
A) Surcharge Sales include the following: Digitizing, Art Creation, Artwork Fee, Embroidery Digitizing Set-Up and Screen Setup.
1.3) Any discounts given on an invoice that includes a Surchage Sale will negate the Surcharge Sale and will not be included in the final monthly bonus calculation.
1.4) Overdue Orders
A) Any order over the 10 day production limit (signified in red on the Overview within DecoNetwork) will result in a $10 reduction from Surcharge Sales total. This reduction will apply to each order that has gone over the 10 day schedule.
B) Exemptions may be made for orders with items on an extended backorders. Other exemptions may be made on a case by case basis.
1.5) Payout Calculation
A) Total Surcharge Sales minus orders with discounts (total of Surcharge Sale), minus Overdue Orders (-$20 per occurrence). This amount is defined as the "Total Surcharge Sales Kitty".
B) The Total Surcharge Sales Kitty is divided amongst all available Associates.
C) The Current Kitty is broke down as follows: Brock Harner 50%.
1.6) Payout Schedule. All earnded Bonus will be paid on the first pay period following the month the bonus was earned.
1.7) The Surcharge Sales Incentive Bonus will be in place for Q4 2024 - Q1 2025. After that time period, the program may be extended or reevaluated.
