The Sales and Service Coordinator is the engine that moves a prospect's request into a well organized, accurate order.
SSC Responsibilities:
[ ] Navigate 'The Gear' (Operating system for Logo Factory).
[ ] Creating New Customer in DecoNetwork.
[ ] Assess and cleanup unnecessary files in customer profile.
[ ] Merge customers.
[ ] Delete unused customerprofiles.
[ ] Process orders from customers via phone, email and walk-ins.
[ ] Writing the Order Description in the notes of every order.
[ ] Scheduling projects.
[ ] Understanding staging area for incoming projects.
[ ] Create basic artwork using DecoNetwork, Corel Draw & AI.
[ ] Including/attaching all artwork and details with all projects.
[ ] Filing artwork source files in the cloud.
[ ] Tracing bitmaps.
[ ] Uploading .png files.
[ ] Create and print films for screen print.
[ ] Place necessary purchase orders and procure materials needed to produce all projects.
[ ] Sending embroidery files to Adi Shaw.
[ ] Creating Master Embroidery files and stroring them in the cloud.
[ ] Submitting purchase orders to apparel vendors.
[ ] Submitting purchase orders for promotional vendors.
[ ] Schedule projects (keeping steady workflow without over scheduling).
[ ] Proficient in processing customer payments with Zettle payment system.
[ ] Work with production team to ensure in-hand dates are met.
[ ] Packing orders.
[ ] Shipping orders and ShipStation.
[ ] Checking in stock.
[ ] Follow-up with recent customers to ensure total customer satisfaction and seek new sales opportunities.
[ ] Contact customers that have not paid/picked up completed projects.
[ ] Have working knowledge of product line from SanMar and S&S.
[ ] Keep sales floor clean and organized and aid in merchandising if retail product line.
[ ] Place any/all paperwork and notes in the 'Completed' storage file. Do not throw away and paperwork including customer notes.
[ ] If uploading new art for a repeat customer, indicate "NEW ARTWORK" in notes on order.
